As Emma is growing up real fast, her daily diet has to include healthier dishes so we cannot afford to eat out everyday as outside food might contain too much MSG. In Malaysia, for a couple eating out is cheaper than cooking at home where food is widely available in very cheap prices. So in order to spend more time with Emma, I came out with an idea; to exchange dinner from another neighbour, I will cook on Mon, Wed and Fri while they do Tues, Thurs and Sat. It’s a Malay family we trade dinner with and I can’t wait for Thursday to try those home cooked Malay dinners mmm…rendang, sambal belancan(Emma loves spicy food too, surprisingly for a 14mths) and lots of spicy food. So from today (my turn) onwards I will include my recipe to what I’m cooking.
