Women, PLEASE be alert to anything that is not normal, and be persistent in getting help as soon as possible.
Paget’s Disease: This is a rare form of breast cancer, and is on the outside of the breast, on the nipple and aureole. At first it could start out as a single red pimple or appeared to look more like a rash, which later became a lesion with a crusty outer edge. Paget’s disease of the nipple has symptoms appear to be harmless and frequently pass by as skin inflammation, infection, thus leading to unfortunate delays in detection and care. If it could not be cleared off or shown no improvement with the creams prescribed by your doctor and dermatologist within a week it is best to rule out cancer with a couple times of mammogram. Spend safe than sorry.
Symptoms?
1. A persistent redness, oozing, and crusting of your nipple causing it to itch and burn
2. A sore that could appear either red or whitish on your nipple or aureole area that will not heal to normal cream,
3. Usually only one nipple is effected. How is it diagnosed? Your doctor will do a physical exam and should suggest having a mammogram of both breasts, done immediately. Even though the redness, oozing and crusting closely resemble dermatitis (inflammation of the skin), your doctor should suspect cancer if the sore is only on one breast. Your doctor should order a biopsy of your sore to confirm what is going on.
This message should be taken seriously and passed on to as many of your relatives and friends as possible as it could save someone’s life.

Berkowitz, Cohen and Ginsburg were all close friends since childhood. They decided they wanted to go into business together .
Berkowitz says: ‘OK! I’ll invest $100,000 .’
Cohen says that he’ll put in $200,000 .
Ginsburg says: ‘All right, I’ll put in $1000 .’
Cohen says, ‘If I’m putting in $200,000, I’ll be the President and CEO of the corporation. Berkowitz, for your $100,000, you can be Vice President and CFO, and Ginsburg, for your $1000, you will be our Sexual Adviser .’
Puzzled, Ginsburg asks Cohen, ‘What is a Sexual Adviser?’
Cohen replies, ‘When we want your fucking advice, we’ll ask for it.

As a Chinese Malaysian too, I am somewhat embarrassed to say that I give my vote to living in western countries is a really as cool as it sounds. Ever since this year’s March election turmoil, Malaysia’s economy had been going down. As if worldwide food shortage and the hefty price increase in our daily food staple is not enough, we still had to deal with an overnight jump of 40% rise to petrol and almost 60% raise to diesels prices, every citizen in this country is feeling the pinch. In most companies, salary had not gone up at all and our currency is plummeting every single day. The government’s political bickering is only causing more hardship for everyone. Their self sabotage tactic (Anwar) and accusations appears to be in the headlines everyday. Abdullah who is playing the victim had no intention of setting harmony to the public since he knows that he’ll be stepping down soon in Sept, he might as well create a havoc for the opposition to clean up his mess later. I could not see how we can eradicate poverty in government 2015 plan. Well, every country has their own political problems but there is a big difference between the citizens here and in those western countries.
First of all Money, the currency value in most western countries are much higher than ours and they make more money in terms of Dollar to Dollar. Though the tax and rentals in these countries are costly, most working class citizen still can manage their life and yet have extra saving but due to the value of our currency we are only able to go on holiday destination like Thailand or Vietnam and even for that to happen it will still require a long period of time savings.
Secondly, the mentality of westerners, most of them are open minded generous and polite genuinely, in fact in an article from Reader’s Digest, a test was done to big cities in the world whereby a person would pretend to drop a pile of documents in a business district, act as a purchasing customer and enter the door to see if the person before wait on the door. Surprisingly, New Yorkers despite their fast paced attitude, they scored the highest in all test while the top 10 list were filled with western countries.
Thirdly, the weather and air is indeed fresher but during summer it can be too hot and dry thus if too unbearable it could cause a heatstroke and people do die from it I’m sure u’ve seen it in the papers. When winter comes its nice but it could a little boring coz there is pretty much nothing to do as most outdoors games are limited, autumn is fantastic and Spring is the best I love it but I don’t know why I’ve always get hay fever in this season thus irritating.
Lastly, the government in these countries take care of their people well with many good benefits for example in Denmark all education is free and if a person is jobless they get money from government to survive and everyone is treated equal. Unlike in Malaysia, only the Malays get the benefits whereas we Chinese stir and slog hard for the Malays and the economy (Corporations MUST HAVE a Malay partner and it doesn’t matter if that Malay would contribute to the company or not, HE by law will share the pie too).
Guess I’m being too long winded here though I have lots of comparison to you like corruption, transit trains (LRT), crimes (conspiracy of Altantuya Shaariibuu’s murder linked with DPM Najib and his wife), tolls & highways e.c.t.
Anyhow, to wind it up, you will do better off overseas, as a Chinese Malaysia, we’ll be treated much fairly overseas and it will be much affordable and safer to raise a family there.

I remembered when I was studying in Sydney, Me and my friends always head down to Max Brenner http://www.maxbrenner.com/ in Double Bay to have chocolate drinks and desserts there. It was phenomenal and I personally think that if your concept in mind is something like that it will definitely work in Malaysia. Almost everyone loves chocolate and we had yet to have any shop that focuses on chocolate as much as Max had. Malaysians like to try new things and just by surveying the crowd in Starbucks and Coffee Bean, it will tell you that we can afford these overpriced coffees. Marketing plays and important role to these outlets and I think you should set aside some money to do that part properly in order to gain long term prospective customers as the foundation is the most important to any new business. I would not go for desserts only store as we have too many nice varieties of desert stores made by locals or from those Hong Kong franchises also not forgetting our cheap Malay ‘kuih’(dessert) found by the roadside. Therefore, my votes go to chocolate based shop and send me an email if u really do open up I’ll frequent there.
Hope this answers your query.

I did not realise the kind of pain my little girl went through until a few days into her illness she spread it to me. It was terrible, I was feeling almost all the symptoms; fever, headache, sore throat, loss of appetite, blisters at the palms and soles of my feet till I could barely walk. My doctor said I was his first case of an adult HFMD as it is really rare but still possible in adults.
(When I first heard the HFMD from him, my first reaction was ‘Am I going to die?’)
Ha! Thinking back, it was kind of funny when I got confused with the foot-and-mouth disease which is affecting sheep and cattle. Of course he then explained to me that it is not as serious as it sounds and then it sparked me that Emma had that disease and that’s why I got it.
HFMD is moderately contagious and is spread through direct contact with the mucus, saliva, or faeces of an infected person. It typically occurs in small epidemics at nursery schools or kindergartens and the usual incubation period is 3-7 days which applies to adults too. Although it is widely known not to be serious, every year there are still deaths from HFMD in some parts of the world like China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore and India. So it best to play safe and bring your kid to the doctor upon the first signs of HFMD.
On the whole, there is no need for special treatment but the most essential part to curing is to take medicine and force the fever to go down. For blisters, I was only offered calamine lotion to relieve the itchiness and Emma had her special lotion to relieve the ‘fungus’ (paediatrician diagnosis). In easing sore throat which also directly causes a loss of appetite, it is best to give ice cream, yogurt or cool milk to keep the little ones full, while in the case of adults just swallow congee.
