Marinate the Chicken:
1 whole Chicken (rub salt all over the chicken)
70 ml of Sesame Oil (Leave some to brush through chicken)
60 ml of Light Soy Sauce
1 Clove Garlic
20 gm Ginger Bruised

Ingredients for the Rice:
Cooking Oil
150 gm of chicken fat
4 cups of Fragrant Rice
1 medium sized cucumber (Side Garnish)
1 sprig parsley (Side Garnish)

Ingredients for the Soup:
Balance of water used to boil the chicken
250 gm of cabbage
20 gm peeled shallots
Spring onion for garnishing

METHOD

1. Bring the marinated chicken and all the marinate ingredients to boiling point water and leave it approximately 15 minutes. The chicken must not be overcooked. Remove the chicken and let it cool. Don’t pour away the stock as it will be used to cook the rice.

2. While the chicken is cooling down, prepare the rice by frying the uncooked rice in a wok with some of the chicken oil and moderate fire. Continuously turning over the rice so that it does not burn at the bottom of the wok. Continue until the rice turns a slight golden yellow shade. Next pour the rice into a pot. Add the chicken stock obtained from the water used to boil the chicken. The liquid added should cover the rice by about 1/2 an inch.

4. As soon as the chicken is cool enough brush sesame oil to give a fragrance and flavour to the chicken. No salt is to be added to the chicken. The cooked chicken is then cut up into appropriate sized pieces (mummy’s way) and served on a large plate. As for my me, I always like to de-bone the chicken and shred it down, It looks so much cleaner this was.

6. The soup is made using the balance of the stock used to boil the chicken. Add the shredded cabbage simmer for 15 minutes and garnish with peeled shallots and spring onions.

Leave comments if you try this recipe k..enjoy~!

The past 2 weeks I have been helping out a friend with her task in a reality show, The Firm. The preparation and all was really hectic but luckily she won the task and managed to go into top final 2. It was great to see her jump in joy when the announcement was made. In the coming week her final task is coming out and I really hope I can help her again to win the competition. She said if she wins, the first thing she wants is a baby and sincerely I hope so. Since I have not got the time to input those recipes I’ve mentioned, today I’m going to input all I’ve been cooking.

I belive in it..though we stil won’t and can’t calculate the exact time..Be Prepared!!!

In the past months there has been a new and exciting discovery. It has to do with facts from the calendar lining up with historical days. As I watched and saw a man disclose an amazing new insight, something else hit me with equal intensity. If this had been discovered five years ago there would be a thousand books about it in print today. The year 2015 and more so 2008 would have been discussed in never ending anticipation on every type of media. What came to mind was this verse.

Proverbs 25:2 It is the glory of God to conceal a matter…

As I heard the Pastor being interviewed about this new thing he discovered it was clearly to be seen that he did something that thousands of Bible students could have found at any time in the last two hundred years. This wasn’t just a new Bible interpretation but a simple idea he looked into. God put this search on his mind at the appointed time. Many brilliant men have spent there lives searching the Bible for this kind of thing. Yet this was left buried until the year it may come to pass. If 2008 as it is linked to 2015 is truly a significant year in God’s unfolding plan for the End Times or Last Days then God withheld it up to the last minute for His purposes.

This is about eclipses on the Jewish feast days or holidays as God set them up in the Bible. More so something I found even more amassing to do with 49 years (Jubilee), June 7, 1967 (The day Jerusalem first came under Jewish control in the Six Day War), Daniel 9:25 and Isaac Newton. Most of this has to do with easily obtainable facts and syntactics that no one put together before now and something else I have no idea who came up with I heard on a dvd.

It started for me with an April 30, 2008 World Net Daily story on Blood Moons http://worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.printable&pageId=63076 which linked to an interview on a show called Prophecy in the News. As I listened to the interview with Mark Blitz http://prophecyinthenews.com/ on the internet I took up there offer to buy a dvd. It was recorded of Mark teaching at his church three days after his discovery about eclipses on the Jewish holidays in 2015. At three days he had not yet seen how amassing and compelling these eclipses would later prove to be. Sets of lunar eclipses falling on Jewish holidays spanning 600 years from 1493 to past 2100 happened only three times. There are in 1948 (The year of the birth of Israel as a nation again) 1967 (When Jerusalem was captured) and in 2015.

When he first went looking for eclipses on a NASA site which lists them it seems he ONLY went to see if there were any in 2015. The reason blew my mind . It was something as amazing as the eclipses. You can hear the audio of this dvd on his church’s web site from 3-1-08, http://www.elshaddaiministries.us/audio/torah5768/20080301t22.html

Why 2015, it is because of Isaac Newton. Newton wrote over a million words of commentary on the books of Daniel and Revelation. They were released in reprint only in the past few years. He thought God had given us a way to see His “End Time” timetable. Newton thought the Second Coming of Jesus would be the start of a Jubilee year. The keeping of when these fifty year cycles called Jubilee years is to take place has been lost in time. They start after a count of 49 years on a Jewish Holiday, the Day of Atonement or Yom Kippur. That 50th year called a Jubilee Year would be a time of returning land to the original owners and freeing of slaves.

Year of Jubilee.
Leviticus 25:8-10
8 The Year of Jubilee

And you shall count seven sabbaths of years for yourself, seven times seven years; and the time of the seven sabbaths of years shall be to you forty-nine years. 9 Then you shall cause the trumpet of the Jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the Day of Atonement you shall make the trumpet to sound throughout all your land. 10 And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee for you; and each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you shall return to his family.
NKJV

Hears where it gets exciting Mark Blitz went to see if there were and eclipses in 2015 because he had heard about some other persons calculations. Here is a link I found when I Google searched June 7, 1967 and Daniel 9:25 it seems to follow along with what Marl Blitz was saying. I know nothing else about this site but I will put some quotes from it below. First Daniel 9:24,25,& 26 then http://www.prophecyforum.com/bramlett/newtons_riddle.html

Dan 9:24-26

24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.
26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
KJV

“Newton’s Riddle” – Jim Bramlett – Feb 27, 2008

Newton was a devout believer in Christ and Bible scholar, fluent in ancient languages, and who translated directly from the Hebrew and Greek. He was unusually drawn to the prophet Daniel, which he began studying at age 12 and continued until he died at age 85. In fact, The Columbia History of the World, a secular history book, remarks, “At the end of his days he spent more time studying and writing about the prophecies in the Book of Daniel than he did in charting the heavens.” Apparently, God Himself put in Newton’s heart this burning desire to study Daniel, then gave him the key to the timing of Christ’s return.

Could this be the final profound secret the Lord revealed to this godly genius near the end of his life — a secret “accidentally” discovered in the Library of Congress and republished just in the last few years — a secret so simple that most have missed it?

If Newton was correct in his interpretation of Daniel, the prophet to whom God gave specific timing, then the return of the Lord Jesus Christ will be very, very soon, indeed!

Newton’s understanding of one key passage in Daniel chapter 9 is fundamentally different from that of most common interpretations. In about 550 B.C., God gave the prophet Daniel a view of history to the end. From Daniel 9:25, scholars usually add the “seven weeks (of years, or 49 years) and 62 weeks (434 years)” to get 483 years and calculate the time of Messiah’s First Coming. However, Newton says there is no linguistic basis for adding those two numbers (49 and 434), and to do so is “doing violence to the language of Daniel.” Newton says the two numbers separately speak of both the First and Second Coming, both being counted from the “going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem.” Some commentators agree.

Newton says the “62 weeks,” or 434-year part was fulfilled at the First Coming, and the “seven weeks,” or 49-year part will apply to the Second Coming. And three centuries ago he saw in the Scriptures and wrote about the rebirth of Israel at a time when such a thought was preposterous. Amazingly by faith and understanding of the Scriptures, he foresaw a “friendly kingdom” someday again issuing the “commandment to restore and build Jerusalem.” Now, centuries later, that “friendly kingdom” may have been the United Nations, which decreed Israel’s rebirth in November, 1947, causing Israel to be reborn in May, 1948.

…if you use exactly 49 Jewish (360-day, prophetic) years from the day Israel captured the Temple Mount on June 7, 1967, you get 49 X 360 = 17640 days, which amazingly takes one exactly to September 23, 2015, the Day of Atonement 2015.

Now what I am about to say is personal speculation. If you go back 7 years from the Day of Atonement in 2015, you arrive at the Day of Atonement in 2008, October 9. Could this be the beginning of the final seven years?

This is further personal speculation. If the final 7 years do, in fact, begin October 9, 2008, then the rapture could be any day before then.
(End of Article)

Now back to this email. Remember Newton thought the second coming would start a Jubilee year which starts on a Day of Atonement. Adding a 49 biblical 360 day years to one of the most significant dates in Bible prophecy and coming up to a Day of Atonement are 365 to 1 odds. Yet there it is 49 Jewish (360-day, prophetic) years from the day Israel captured the Temple Mount on June 7, 1967, you get 49 X 360 = 17640 days, which amazingly takes one exactly to September 23, 2015, the Day of Atonement 2015.

Now you know why he looked to see if there were any eclipses in 2015 and as he said it blew his mind. You can look into the eclipses on your own.

The reason to subtract seven years from 2015 is to account for the time named the Tribulation, the events in the book of Revelation. Most of us think the Rapture, the taking away of Believers happens before that.

These same Daniel verses foretold Jesus’ First Coming to the day. There is no doubt they are the most specific prophecy in the Bible. Jesus held the the Jewish people accountable to know it was His time because of Daniel 9. In Daniel 9:25 the start of counting was in relation with to Jerusalem. Do they also contain His Second Coming too?

Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
8 And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things? 9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.

Should i feed my infant bananas?

It is advisable that you should not experiment an infant to such an allergy u genetically might pass over to her. Wait till she is at least 3yro or later and under the advice of your doctor, you don’t want any complication for an infant at such a young age. Also if its constipation you are worried about, just give her tinny winny bit of Brand’s InnerShine Prune Essence and mix it with more water. It always works for my little girl.

Do you give your infant straight fruit juice?

Just give her tinny whiny bit of Brand’s InnerShine Prune Essence and mix it with more water its very healthy for a young infant like yours and too much will only cause her an upset stomach. In face of constipation for my little gal, I always use Prune Essence, Pear or Yakult (good Bacteria is a MUST, 4mths old ¼ a bottle a day keeps constipation away) and it always works like magic.
You SHOULD always remember to mix your pure fruit juice ( apple, pear, orange, yakult) very diluted till u can only taste a minimal sweetness to that juice. Babies’ taste bud is 4 times as strong as an adult so you imagine drinking a super sweet juice is that good for health??

In Malaysia, for a couple eating out is cheaper than cooking at home where food is widely available in very cheap prices. So in order to spend more time with Emma, I came out with an idea; to exchange dinner from another neighbour, I will cook on Mon, Wed and Fri while they do Tues, Thurs and Sat. It’s a Malay family we trade dinner with and I can’t wait for Thursday to try those home cooked Malay dinners mmm…rendang, sambal belancan(Emma loves spicy food too, surprisingly for a 14mths) and lots of spicy food. So from today (my turn) onwards I will include my recipe to what I’m cooking.

Sydney was transformed into the Cappuccino Coast, as foam swallowed an entire beach and half the nearby buildings, including the local lifeguards’ center, in a freak display of nature at Yamba in New South Wales. One minute a group of teenage surfers were waiting to catch a wave, the next they were swallowed up in a giant bubble bath. The foam was so light they could puff it out of their hands and watch it as it floated away.
Boy in the bubble bath: Tom Woods, 12, emerges from the clouds of foam after deciding surfing was not an option.

It stretched for 30 miles out into the Pacific in a phenomenon not seen at the beach for more than three decades. Scientists explain that the foam is created by impurities in the ocean, such as salts, chemicals, decomposed fish, dead fish, and excretions from seaweed. All are churned up together by powerful currents which cause the water to form bubbles.

These bubbles stick to each other as they are carried below the surface by the current towards the shore. As a wave starts to form on the surface, the motion of the water causes the bubbles to swirl upwards and, massed together, they become foam. The foam ‘surfs’ towards shore until the wave ‘crashes’, tossing the foam into the air.

Whitewash: The foam was so thick it came all the way up to the surf club. It’s the same effect you get when you whip up a milk shake in a blender,’ explains a marine expert. The more powerful the swirl, the more foam you create on the surface and the lighter it becomes. In this case, storms off the South Wales Coast and further north off Queensland had created a huge disturbance in the ocean, hitting a stretch of water where there was a particularly high amount of the substances which form into bubbles. As for 12 year old beach goer Tom Woods, who has been surfing since he was two, riding a wave was out of the question. ‘Me and my mates just spent the afternoon leaping about in that stuff,’ he said. It was quite cool to touch and it was really weird. It was like clouds of air – you could hardly feel it.’ Children play among all the foam which was been whipped up by cyclonic conditions.

Human’s folly is the biggest reason why marine animals are brought to the brink of extinction, polluting the sea with oil spills, chemical waste, over harvesting and poachers. A clear example is the critically endangered Leatherback turtles; decades ago they flood the shores of Terengganu with nesting females that drew thousands of tourists. Irresponsible fishermen with their drift nets cast to trap stingrays, inadvertently trap and cause the deaths of these turtles. Adding to the turtles’ misfortunes, the turtle eggs were collected by locals to sell in the markets. The locals claim that these eggs have aphrodisiac and beautifying properties although there is no scientific proof for these claims.

Human’s dietary would definitely be affect; as most people should know DHA and Omega-3 plays a very important role in our lives, it help prevent fatal heart attacks and offer other heart benefits. ‘Docosahexaenoic acid’ is an essential fatty acid which cannot be manufactured in our body and must be obtained daily through our diets. DHA is highly found in fishes like salmon, tuna, sardines and lots more with research suggesting that we can gain lots of health benefit from fish oil alone. Without the fishes we will be facing an ocean of stinky algae, beach closure, coastal flooding and it is even harder to imagine trying to get past those algae and check out what’s underneath, a destroyed visual impaired marine eco-system. Well on the sad contradiction, after the extinction of these marine animals, our generations of descendants down the line could ‘probably’ not have to worry about oil issues anymore.

Education and marketing campaign to raise awareness of marine issues to the public is very important to sustain the existence of these life animals. It should be a long term commitment. Not so long ago, Hayden Panettiere put her life on the line to save a pod of dolphins headed for slaughter in Japan, she did it out off sheer love for dolphins but here heroin act was appreciated by the world and I though it would be a good way to raise awareness this way either a show or genuinely (preferred). Her act not only educates world wide fans but most importantly the fans in Japan, the youngster crowd would view it as eating dolphins is wrong and to stop these cruelty if not this generation or the next.
I think that beside every countries effort to conservation there is still a necessity in enforcing strict rule to fishing activities. In many Third World Country if only the government would imply just 1 simple rule; under-grown measurement fishes should be set free or else be ready to get FINED. I believe it would create a big impact with a small action like that.

Plastic is a non-biodegradable pollutant, they don’t rot away but just stays under the seabed waiting to hook a silly fish and suffocate it to death. Plastics could also clog up the engine motors and thus if serious could cause unwanted oil spills. It could also suffocate the coral causing increased reef erosion and freeing up spaces for more algae to grow and fishes to shy.
